Prices

The Penthouse rental rates are from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly maid service and linen change.

A deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

A refundable £200 damage deposit is required.

On the day of arrival:
i) Check in time is from 4.00 pm.

On the day of departure:
i) Check out time is no later than 10.30am.
ii) Please dispose of all rubbish.
iii) Turn off the air-conditioning.
iv) Double lock the front door.
v) Please return apartment keys, pool keys and resident cards.
